🧠 OWL-Strategy Overview

Location: owl-strategy/README.md

This internal document outlines how OWLStacks and Promptable.ai can leverage generative agent workflows to build defensible IP, demonstrate value quickly, and serve as a launchpad for a broader agentic ecosystem.

🎯 Goals

  • Turn generative AI quests into reusable, validated public artifacts
  • Cluster quests into skill sets that grow agent performance and portfolio depth
  • Use OWLStacks as an open-source top-of-funnel for Promptable.ai
  • Demonstrate unique agent capabilities with persistent state, memory, and test-driven development
  • Extract content (blogs, demos, pitch decks) from real AI workflows

πŸ† Quick Wins

1. Living Portfolio of Projects

Every OWL quest is a version-controlled, validated project that shows:

  • Goals
  • CWL-only tools and workflows
  • Logs, reasoning, outputs, and reviews

πŸ“ˆ Used to:

  • Prove Promptable’s capabilities
  • Build a resume of real-world agent workflows

2. Skill Set and Prompt Engine Growth

Quests feed into skill sets, which power:

  • RAG examples
  • Specialized prompt chains
  • Capability-based reasoning

πŸ“ˆ Used to:

  • Improve ClaudeCode/Sage
  • Build proprietary agent memory structures

3. OWLStacks as Public Anchor

Your open-source layer builds trust:

  • Quest-based contribution model
  • Validated workflows
  • Community-facing CWL registry

πŸ“ˆ Used to:

  • Drive traffic to Promptable.ai
  • Build a credible ecosystem

4. Demonstrate Agent Autonomy

Agents use:

  • .quest/state.yaml
  • Prompt chaining
  • Self-evaluation in report.md

πŸ“ˆ Used to:

  • Prove long-duration agent reasoning
  • Show differentiators from short-form tools

5. Marketing and Funding Assets

Each quest can become:

  • A blog post
  • A pitch deck slide
  • A growth funnel asset

πŸ“ˆ Used to:

  • Attract early users
  • Explain the platform visually
  • Show traction via GitHub activity

πŸ” Use and Visibility

This repo is private to core Promptable.ai collaborators. It contains:

  • Strategy documents
  • Internal architecture plans
  • Prompt templates
  • Partner and outreach planning

A separate dave-strategy/ repo may contain personal drafts or investor-focused notes.

βœ… Next Steps

  • Add subfolders for strategy/, tech/, partners/, and prompts/
  • Draft initial vision.md and moat-models.md
  • Link current OWLStacks quests into skill_sets.yaml with tags
  • Begin populating Claude prompt sequences for demo agents
